General Meeting of Shareholders

INARCTICA’s highest governing body is the General Meeting of Shareholders. It resolves issues concerning amendments and additions to the Charter, approval of the Company’s annual financial statements, election of members of the Board of Directors, changes to the Company’s charter capital, as well as the announcement of dividends and determination of the procedure for the payment thereof.
